Following these rules will help keep the experience safe and fun for all users.

Waterslide and Bouncy House FAQ's

Q: How do I book an inflatable?
A: When in doubt, feel free to call, text, or email us directly. We recommend booking early—especially during weekends and holidays—to ensure availability.

Q: What’s included with the rental?
A: All rentals include delivery, setup, takedown, and all necessary equipment (blowers, stakes, tarps, etc.). A safety briefing is also provided.

Q: How long is the rental period?
A: Our standard rental is for a full day (8 Hours for the Waterslides and Bouncy Houses). Setup typically occurs in the morning and pickup is in the evening unless otherwise arranged.

Q: Do you deliver to all areas of Guam, including military bases?
A: Yes! We deliver anywhere on Guam, including on-base locations with proper access approval.

Q: Are your inflatables safe and clean?
A: Absolutely. We thoroughly clean and inspect each unit before and after every rental. Safety is our top priority.

Q: What are the age and weight limits?
A: Most bounce houses and slides are great for kids ages 3 and up. Weight limits vary by unit but typically range from 150–200 lbs per user. Some units are also suitable for teens and adults—ask us for recommendations.

Q: What kind of surface do you need for setup?
A: A flat, clean area—either grass, pavement, or concrete—is ideal. Please make sure the area is clear of debris, animal waste, or sharp objects.

Q: What are the power requirements?
A: Each inflatable requires a standard 110V outlet, Sometimes 2.  If power isn’t available nearby, we offer generator rentals for an additional fee.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: For safety, inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain or high winds. We’ll work with you to reschedule or offer a raincheck depending on weather conditions.

Q: Can water slides be used dry?
A: Many of our water slides can also be used dry. Let us know your preference when booking, and we’ll recommend the best setup.

Q: Do you provide staff to supervise the inflatables?
A: Rentals do not include on-site staff unless specifically requested for an additional fee. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Mechanical Bull FAQ's

Mechanical Bull

Q: Is the mechanical bull safe?
A: Yes! Our mechanical bull is designed with multiple safety features, including a soft, inflatable landing area and adjustable speed settings. A trained operator is provided with every rental to ensure safe and appropriate use for all riders.

Q: What age groups can ride the bull?
A: The mechanical bull is suitable for ages 7 and up. Riders must be able to hold on with both hands and follow safety instructions. We adjust the speed and movement based on the rider’s age and comfort level.

Q: Is an operator included?
A: Yes, a trained operator is included with every rental. They control the bull’s motion, monitor safety, and ensure everyone has fun.

Q: How much space is needed?
A: We recommend a clear, flat area of at least 20 feet x 20 feet with a minimum ceiling clearance of 10 feet for indoor setups.

Q: Can the mechanical bull be set up indoors or outdoors?
A: Yes! It can be used both indoors and outdoors, as long as the space meets the size and power requirements.

Q: What are the power requirements?
A: The bull requires two standard 110V outlets on separate circuits. If outlets are not available, a generator may be required (available for rent).

Q: What is the weight limit?
A: The recommended weight limit is approximately 250 lbs per rider for safety and optimal performance.

Q: What if it rains?
A: For safety, the mechanical bull cannot be used in rain or high winds. If inclement weather is expected, we recommend an indoor location or a covered/tented setup.

Q: Can I rent the bull for a commercial event or fundraiser?
A: Yes! We offer packages for private parties and commercial events. For large or public events, please contact us directly to discuss details and pricing.

Q: Do riders need to sign a waiver?
A: Depending on the event, a liability waiver may be required for all riders. We will provide these forms upon booking if needed.

Log Roll FAQs

Log Roll

Q: What is the Log Roll Inflatable?
A: The Log Roll is a fun and challenging inflatable game where players attempt to walk on a rotating inflatable log without falling. It’s great for testing balance, agility, and coordination!

Q: Who can use the Log Roll Inflatable?
A: The Log Roll is ideal for kids, teens, and adults. We recommend it for ages 6 and up, depending on coordination and supervision.

Q: How many players can use it at once?
A: Typically, two players compete at a time.

Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes! The Log Roll is designed with soft inflatable padding for a safe landing in case of falls. As always, adult supervision is required during use.

Q: How much space is needed?
A: We recommend a flat area of at least 25 feet by 15 feet for safe setup and use.

Q: Can it be used indoors and outdoors?
A: Yes! It can be set up indoors in gymnasiums or halls with sufficient ceiling clearance, or outdoors on grass, turf, or pavement.

Q: What are the power requirements?
A: The Log Roll requires one standard 110V outlet. If no outlet is available nearby, a generator can be provided for an additional fee.

Wipeout Meltdown

Q: What is the Wipeout Meltdown Inflatable?
A: The Wipeout Meltdown is a high-energy inflatable game where up to 8 players stand on pedestals and try to jump or duck under spinning arms. The goal? Don’t get knocked off! It’s fun, competitive, and perfect for all types of events.

Q: How many people can play at once?
A: Up to 8 players can compete at the same time, making it great for large groups, tournaments, and team-building activities.

Q: What ages is it suitable for?
A: The Wipeout Meltdown is best suited for ages 7 and up, including teens and adults. Participants should be able to stand and react quickly.

Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes. The game features a soft, inflatable base and padded rotating arms. A trained operator is always included to manage the game and ensure safe play.

Q: How much space is required?
A: We recommend a 30 ft x 30 ft flat area with at least 10 ft of overhead clearance for safe setup and operation.

Q: Can it be used indoors and outdoors?
A: Yes! It can be used in large indoor spaces like gyms or outdoors on grass, turf, or pavement, weather permitting.

Party Supplies

Q: What types of party equipment do you offer for rent?
A: In addition to inflatables, we offer a wide range of party supplies including tables, chairs, party tents, popcorn machines, snow cone makers, grills, generators, and more!

Q: How do I reserve additional equipment?
A: You can request additional items when booking your inflatable or event. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll bundle it into your reservation.

Q: Are setup and takedown included for items like tables, tents, and machines?
A: Yes, setup and takedown are included for most items like party tents, machines, and grills. For tables and chairs, we offer curbside drop-off and pickup unless otherwise arranged.

Q: Do I need to provide anything for the popcorn or snow cone machines?
A: We offer rental packages that include the machine, supplies, and instructions. You’ll just need to provide ice for snow cones and an electrical outlet nearby.

Q: What kind of power do the machines need?
A: Popcorn machines, snow cone makers, and most of our equipment run on standard 110V outlets. If you’re setting up in an area without power, we also rent generators.

Q: Can the tents be used on any surface?
A: Yes. Tents can be set up on grass, pavement, or sand, but please let us know your surface type ahead of time so we can bring the correct anchoring equipment.

Q: How many people can your tables and tents accommodate?
A: We offer various table sizes (rectangular and round) and tent options to suit events of any size. Let us know your guest count, and we’ll help you plan the best setup.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: We understand that plans can change! Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with rescheduling or cancellations according to our rental policy.

Q: Can I rent equipment without booking an inflatable?
A: Absolutely! All of our party supply equipment is available for individual rental — no inflatable required.
